Umbrella PAYE Services

Employment Relationship:
The contractor becomes an employee of the umbrella company, which acts as their legal employer.

Payment Process
Contractors submit their timesheets to the umbrella company, which invoices the client or recruitment agency for the work completed.

Deductions
he umbrella company calculates the contractor’s gross pay and deducts:
• Income tax
• National Insurance contributions (employee and employer)
• Pension contributions (if applicable)
• The umbrella company’s fee

Net Pay
After deductions, the contractor receives their net salary, which is deposited into their bank account.
